How do I determine if the size of my laptop will fit into the case?

For the dimensions of the laptop it is important that the a-side does not exceed 395 mm, taking into account a possible connection. If you cannot figure it out, feel free to contact us: [email protected].

I have bought a new printer/laptop and it does not fit into my case. Can I replace parts?

In a number of cases it is possible to simply make some adjustments to fit new equipment into an existing case; contact the service department: [email protected] or +31 544-376 596.

How can I clean my case?

You can clean the outside with a soft cloth with some all-purpose cleaner. Any residue of stickers can be removed with some white gas. You can clean the inside of the case with a soft brush.

Warranty and repair

What is the warranty term for my case/bag?

Hulshof Business Cases B.V. gives a 2-year warranty on bags and a 3-year warranty on cases. Within this term any defects due to manufacturing faults will be repaired for you without charge. If you want to know more about this, go to our RMA form.

What do I do in case of a defect within the warranty term?

Contact the service department: [email protected] or +31 544-376596 and report the defect. We will repair it in conformity with the warranty terms. If repair is not possible you will receive a replacement item. If you want to know more about this, go to our RMA form.

What do I do in case of a defect after the warranty term?

Contact the service department: [email protected] or 0544-376596 and report the defect. In many cases repair is possible. Before we start repairing you will receive a cost calculation. If you want to know more about this, go to our RMA form.


What is the delivery time of the Hulshof items?

In general, smaller numbers of our standard products are available from stock. When we receive your order, we will send a confirmation of receipt with the expected delivery time within 2 workdays. We try to send items from stock within 3 workdays. We send our products with DPD. When we have sent a shipment, you will receive an e-mail from us with the track & trace code.

What method of payment do you use?

Our web shop uses the payment system of Mollie, which allows various methods of payment such as paying via Ideal, PayPal, transfer. Payments from abroad can be made via SEPA transfer SOFORT Banking or credit card.

What are the costs of shipment?

The costs of shipment within the Netherlands are € 10.25 per parcel; for other countries other rates apply. We send our parcels with DPD. After shipment of your order you receive a track&trace code from us. If you place an order from another country that is not accepted by our ordering system, please contact us first.


Do you want to return an order?

You have a legal cooling-down period of 14 days to return the product without statement of reasons, starting the day you received the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original package.

The costs of returning your order are at your own expense. We will credit the amount within 14 days after receipt of your return shipment.

You have received a wrong product?

We process your order with great care, but occasionally something might go wrong anyway. Did you receive an item you did not order or is something wrong with the item? Please always contact our service department first before returning the item: [email protected] or +31 544-376 596. We will take care that you receive the right item without charge.

In case of return shipment the following rules apply:

- Always include our return form and the invoice of your order, so we can check who the return shipment comes from.

- Use protective packaging so the products are not damaged during transport.

- Ask at the post office what your track&trace code is for the return shipment. Keep this in a safe place until the purchasing price has been reimbursed or replacement products have been delivered.

As soon as we have received your return shipment in good order we will take care of reimbursement or shipment of a replacement product asap.
